Purpose of the Position

Under the supervision of Fundraising Specialist, the incumbent is expected to fill a gap of vacant position by assisting the supervisor and fundraising team in managing a comprehensive database segmentation and campaign analysis to proactively identify fundraising potentials risks in support of the campaign implementations for team, i.e. Acquisition, Retention and Digital including new fundraising techniques such as Major Donor and Corporate Fundraising, and also maintain high data quality and security on all UNICEF donor databases.

Major Responsibilities 

• Perform a comprehensive database segmentation, data deduplication and extraction.
• Coordinate and monitor the maintenance, integrity, and security of UNICEF databases both to and from the system and oversees data transfer between primary database and other systems.
• Support the team in all aspects of gift processing, revenue reports, data collection and maintenance.
• Generate campaign performance analysis to proactively identify fundraising potentials and risks for the PSFR team.
• Provide technical support on capacity building / development training to database users, organization of a day to day briefing and dealing with contractors, suppliers, outsourced staff and relevant personnel within and/or outside the office to facilitate campaign implementation and solve any complex database system problems to ensure business continuity.
• Support overall administration to the team.

Estimated Duration of Contract:  17 October 2016 - 30 July 2017

Qualifications of Successful Candidate

• Completion of Secondary School. University degree in related field of MIS and / ICT / Statistics preferred.
• Minimum six years of professional work experience in database management, especially large database in support of sales/marketing and/or fundraising program combined with administrative work experience.
• Communication of English and Thai at working level in database management field, both spoken and written.
• Thai Nationality only
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle and complete multiple tasks within deadlines. Attention to details.
• Tact, discretion, self-starter and good judgment.
• Proven proficiency and good knowledge of computer applications, including data management related.
