Position: Administrative Manager
Assignment duration: Permanent contract
Duty station: Bangkok
JOB BACKGROUND: The Administration and Risk Manager is to plan, direct, manage, coordinate and keep supportive services for smoothly operation in Plan Thailand Country Office and its staff as standard service
and also comply all related policies and procedures. Moreover, this position should assist in identifying risks and way of migrating their risks. To provide a platform for learning across Plan International Thailand and to influence change within and across the organization to strength accountability and effectiveness.
JOB PURPOSE: This incumbent will be responsible for:-
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: University degree in Business Administration or related discipline; 3-5 years’ experience in general administration with at least 2 years at a senior management level; Previous experience in risk/security assessment advantageous; Computer literate; Good English skills; Flexible and diplomatic; Previous experience in non-profit sector as advantage.
