HiveSters is a social enterprise and online hub seeking to offer authentic travel experiences, with the aim to create sustainable change in Thailand’s tourism industry and a direct positive impact to improve livelihoods of locals, preserving environment and disappearing culture. With this, we hope to change public behavior whilst at the same time supporting the organizers of these sustainable activities.

- Trip Operation Manager -

If you are a big fan of local style travelling and want to make a sustainable change in Thailand's tourism industry. You love planning trip & extremely master in operation details, calculation and management. Then this is a position for you! 

Job Description

- Plan trip operation details

- Calculate trip costs and pricing

- Arrange and coordinate with different trip partners to arrange trips

- Ensure trip operation run smoothly on the trip day 

- Coordinate and follow up with customers for invoicing & payment 

- Assist CEO in developing new travel activities 

- Engage with community and social enterprise partners to maintain strong relationship 

Qualification

- Strong passion for local community travel & strong desire to use your expertise to improve livelihoods of locals

- At least 2-3 years experience in trip operation (Incentive & FIT) or event management 

- Super attention to details 

- Flexible and great in problem solving & making decision 

- Great organization skills and trip management

- Great interpersonal skills with ability to engage with different partners such as local communities, tour guides and customers. 

- Active & have great service mind 
- Fluent in Thai and English (both writing & speaking skills) 

- Great computer skills in Word and Excel programs
