JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title and Summary: The role of Fundraising Officer – Donor Relations is to work as part of the fundraising team to develop and maintain Soi Dog Foundation’s relationships with 1.3 M supporters and donors. This role will also build relationships with donors and prospective donors, in order to increase support for Soi Dog Foundation worldwide and reduce donor attrition. This role will provide support as needed to the Manager: Donor and Data Services, works collaboratively with the Fundraising Officer – Donor and Data Services and contribute to fundraising projects.
Key Responsibilities: The Fundraising Officer – Donor Relations will be responsible for the following functions supporting the Fundraising Officer – Donor and Data Services
Support management of the donor database Assist Fundraising Officer – Donor and Data Services with the following;
Respond to donor enquiries
Improve donor attrition rates
Other duties will include but are not limited to:
Department and Supervisor: The Fundraising Officer – Donor Relations is a member of the Fundraising Team at Soi Dog Foundation, reporting to Manager: Donor Relations – Digital and Data Services.

Location: The role of Fundraising Officer – Donor Relations is based at the Soi Dog Foundation shelter, in Mai Khao, Phuket, Thailand.
Type of Employment: Full time position.

Five-day work week, 8:00 am-17:00 pm. (May be required to work weekend or flexible time depending on their duties as directed by their Head of Department)
