Position: Program Unit (PU) Administration Officer
Assignment duration: Permanent contract
Duty station: Chiang Rai
JOB BACKGROUND: The PU Administration officer is responsible for operating Administration and Activities processes within PU based office and related in accordance with Plan’s corporate policies, procedures and Thai laws and ensure the efficient and effective management of the daily operational activities of PU’s Office.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Receptionist for PU’s Office, update telephone chain, handles office communication, office’s cleaning and also building security. Arrange domestic travels e.g. air ticket, hotel etc., Assist Admin. Manager to coordinate of logistics support for PU’s event and meeting. Act as a custodian of the pretty cash fund and foreign currency for PU’s Office and maintain proper accounting of fund consistent with Plan’s requirements and procedures and ensure that the funds is safely and properly kept and replenished timely basis, ensure not lack of fund is disbursed.
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor degree in business administration or any related field; minimum 3-year experience working in Administration field work; preferably with NGOs; Organizational skills; Teamwork; Good English skills; experience with SAP an added advantage.
