Sales Supervisor (Team Leader)

UNHCR is currently looking for a highly motivational and driven face to face fundraising Team Leader, with a background in either commercial or NGO direct sales or direct marketing, to establish, lead and grow this new programme.

Private Sector Fund Raising (PSFR) is a fast growing global division with offices in 14 countries across the world. In 2013, PSFR recruited over 175,000 new individual private donors and our ambition is to quickly grow in size, scale and global reach.

Face to face fundraising is at the heart of our growth strategy, currently accounting for over 80% of new donors recruited globally each year. It is through the work of the fundraisers working in this direct sales environment that we not only raise vital funds for refugees but also build the UNHCR brand.

Responsibilities:

- Set daily targets for team and ensure that team targets are achieved or surpassed

- Lead by example by hitting personal sales target, positive attitude, punctuality, time management, professionalism, problem solving ability, and consistency.

- Motivate and encourage other team members

- Lead by example in positive attitude, punctuality, time management, professionalism, problem solving ability, and consistency

- Relay organizational information to team members

- Find creative ways to motivate and encourage own team to achieve targets

- Plan social events to enhance team development Monitoring and Reporting

- Monitoring individual and team performance - Proposing recommendations to improve team management

Qualifications:

- Thai Nationality only

- Experience in Face-to-Face Fundraising (1-3 years)

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in any relevant field

- Identify with the cause of the organization

- Ability to motivate and lead a team

- Results driven

- Acts with integrity, honesty, and responsibility

- Good communication skills

- Positive and highly motivated -

Basic English speaking skills

- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills
