Information Technology (IT) OFFICER

COERR (Catholic Office for Emergency Relief and Refugees), a Thai NGO providing humanitarian assistance to refugees at the Thai-Burma border is urgently seeking a IT OFFICER to:

1. Manage information technology and computer systems of the organization - Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing
2. Ensure technology is accessible, operating properly and equipped with current hardware and software
3. Monitor and maintain IT system to ensure maximum performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science , business information technology;

computer networking and hardware; information technology; or IT-related qualification

• Strong technical knowledge;
• Good knowledge of IT software and hardware, including solutions for technical problems;
• excellent analytical skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and generate the solution;
• ability to work well in a team;
• problem solving skills;
• the ability to prioritise your workload;
