Administration & Finance Assistance

Asian Network of People for Universal health Develpment (ANPUD) is a Foundation working primarily on advocating on matters that affect lives of people living with HIV, Hepatitis C, and those affedted by drug use in the Asian region.

In order to strengthen the organization, we arre looking for a suitable candidate for the post of Administration & Finance Assistance to be based at the secretariat of ANPUD in Bangkok.

Task and dutties of the Administration & Finance Assistance:

- Support the Administration and Finance Officer in maintaining all books of account of the organization

- Support the Administration and Finance Officer in preparing financial statement/report forsubmission to donors

- Ensure compliances to Thai registration, social security, taxation and annual reporting requirements

-Provide neccessary support on logistic and other administrative areas while organizing meetings and events

- Ensure visa and work permit issues of secretariat staffs are addressed on time

-Translation work of all official documents from English to Thai and vice versa and done on time

-Any other task assinged by the finance and administration officer

Person Profile

- Auniversity graduate or post-graduate qualification with commerce background will be preferred

- Fluency in speaking and writing English

- Fluency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Exploer

- Prior experience working in the field of HIV, Harm Reducion and with key affected population will be an added advanctage

- Must be a Thai citizen

The position will be based in Bangkok and will report to the Administration & Finance Officer

The position is currently for a period of 9 months (April to December 2017)with probale annual exteson based on the performance and output.
