Salary & Benefits in Thailand: THB 1,500,000 – THB 2,000,000 annual gross salary plus pension, medical insurance, 37 annual leave days including public holidays.

Role overview
This role is to ensure that the quality of programme design and development improves across the Asia Pacific region by providing hands on methodological support and strategic oversight to programme/project development in Asia Pacific, ensure that our interventions are pro poor (anti poverty), address exclusions that result in poverty, are accountable and are based on the 3 elements of sustainable development (social, economic and environmental coherence). This involves working with the regional team, country directors and programme managers to support them in the adoption of VSO's new People First programme framework.
Skills, qualifications and experience
Highly experienced in the development, implementation and management of development programmes.
This role will be based in Bangkok, Thailand. Applicants must have the right to work in Bangkok, Thailand to be eligible for this position. We will be unable to obtain a visa and work permit for those who do not have the right to work.
