|
Summary |
Suwannimit Foundation is a Thailand registered foundation dedicated to strengthening the operational capacity, programming impact and sustainability of community-based organizations that service underprivileged people on the Thailand-Burma border. Pharmacy Warehouse Officer will oversee the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of medicines and medical equipment and related stocks. This position will work alongside with IRC staff to manage and implement the duties in Pharmacy Warehouse, then after the end of 2017 will take a lead role to implement and manage pharmacy warehouse. |

Job Specific |
Role 1: Warehouse management (80%) 1. Responsible for moving, receiving, checking, storing, packing of the medicine, equipment, supplies and related stocks. 2. Maintain quality of services by following warehouse protocol or policy. 3. Maintain room temperature as per standards and all safety measures required for pharmacy stocks. 4. Coordinate monthly consumption calculations for estimating purchases for medicine, equipment and supplies by monitoring the procurement procedures. 5. Manage ongoing staff training according to changing organizational needs and inventory relating to in pharmacy warehouse premises, fittings and equipment.
Role 2: Coordination and partnership (10%) 1. Coordinate with the Transport in charge for transportation arrangement for dispatches. 2. Closely coordinate with Camp pharmacy staff. 3. Communicate with MOPH or any other related sector on any issue regarding medicines, equipment and supplies.
Role 3: Reporting (10%) 1. Submit regular reports as agreed with Operation Manager 2. File and manage supporting documents as indicated in the monitoring framework 3. Share information with SNF regarding meetings, project activities, camp and other coordination issues, or any other relevant information |

Position Requirements |
|

|
Education |
· Bachelor of Pharmacy or Logistic or equivalent |
|
|
Work Experience |
· At least 1 years’ experience in Pharmacy warehouse management or equivalent |
|
|
Skills/Knowledge/Aptitude |
· Strong organizational skills, good at multi-tasking, flexible. Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing · Basic computer proficiency of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint · Able to work with limited resources |

Language(s) |
· Fluency in Thai with English proficiency · Karen and/or Burmese skills is an advantage |
