Winrock International is recruiting local applicants for the position of Community Mobilization Specialist forthe anticipated USAID-funded Thailand Counter Trafficking in Persons (TCTIP) project. The responsibilities, duties, and qualifications are described in the attached position description. Position is contingent upon receipt of donor funding.
Position Description
POSITION TITLE: Community Mobilization Specialist, Thailand Counter Trafficking in Persons (TCTIP)
LOCATION: Bangkok, Thailand
DEPARTMENT: Civil Society & Education
REPORTS TO: Chief of Party or Deputy Chief of Party
POSITION SUMMARY: The Community Mobilization Specialist will lead activities related to outreach to at-risk populations, particularly migrant workers, strengthening their groups, improve understanding of rights and services; and advocate for increased protections for them.

Education: Master’s degree or higher in community development, communications, international development, human rights, or other social science; or equivalent education and work experience
