Winrock International is recruiting local applicants for the position of Trafficking Survivor Identification & Protection Manager for anticipated USAID-funded Thailand Counter Trafficking-in-Persons (TCTIP) project. The responsibilities, duties, and qualifications are described in the attached position description. Position is contingent upon receipt of donor funding.
Position Description
POSITION TITLE: Trafficking Survivor Identification & Protection Manager, Thailand Counter Trafficking in Persons (TCTIP)
LOCATION: Bangkok, Thailand
DEPARTMENT: Civic Engagement & Social Equity
REPORTS TO: Chief of Party or Deputy Chief of Party
Position Summary:
The Trafficking Survivor Identification & Protection Manager will provide technical leadership in developing the project’s strategy for improved trafficking survivor identification, protection and reintegration. S/he will also lead collaboration with survivors, migrants, communities and other stakeholders to develop realistic and effective solutions for trafficking victim identification and assistance. The position is contingent upon receipt of donor funding.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Trafficking Survivor Identification & Protection Manager will lead the development of strategies, processes and tools in trafficking victim identification, case management, reintegration and follow-up. S/he will also strengthen the capacity of relevant stakeholders in trafficking victim identification and support. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, International Development, Human Rights, or other related disciplines; or equivalent education and work experience required
