Multinational organization is expanding operation in Thailand and seeking for capable candidates to join our dedicated team:
Correspondence Officers:
General Competencies:

- Analytical Thinking—Analyzing and interpreting statistical data, focusing on details, relating various pieces of information together, identifying trends, and understanding the root cause of problems as well as successes.
- Problem Solving—Generating effective solutions to problems, considering unique aspects of situations, negotiating appropriate compromises, suggesting alternative solutions, and balancing business needs with individual needs (e.g., team member needs, customer needs.).
- Communication—Convey written information clearly, effectively and diplomatically through both formal and informal documents. Convey information orally, in such a way that the recipient(s) comprehend(s) the message and takes no offense in the manner in which it is conveyed.

Job Duties:
Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following areas:
- Check emails several times per day for incoming correspondence.
- Receive correspondence, input it into the tracking system, and assign control numbers to each item.
- Correctly identify and note in urgent and priority correspondence.
- Review correspondence for comprehension, possible re‐routing and/or special handling.
- Monitor and control correspondence in , to include routing correspondence to appropriate specialists for response, receiving responses from specialists and routing to editors, routing responses for legal review (if necessary), and routing correspondence responses to appropriate staff directors and other senior management for approval and signatures.
- Appropriately close correspondence items when final responses are issued, copy and mail final correspondences, and distribute hard copies to designated divisions for filing purposes.
- Maintain basic correspondence databases, and organize and safe‐keep official documents records.
- Act as the backup to the Correspondence Coordinator during his/her absence.
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Perform other administrative duties, within the scope of the contract, as assigned.
