TBCAF, Tak Border Child Assistance Foundation, has been working since 2005 with children in remote areas along Thai Myanmar border. It aims to 1) advocate and protect children and youth’s rights, value, and dignity. 2) create and provide educational opportunities for less fortunate children, orphans, and migrants. 3) promote and support appropriate vocational and skills training based on local situations and 4) encourage children to express themselves based on the Child Protection Bill of B.E. 2546 (1999). The field of interest has been focused in 3 main issues; Education (basic education, vocational training such as hospitality and catering training), Environment (Alternative energy and environmental conservation) and Culture (Karen Eco Museum). TBCAF has been working with basic education as the main strategy. The past experiences have undoubtedly showed our foundation expertise in basic education approach.
Terms of Reference for Project Coordinator

Purpose
The purpose of the position will be responsible for project planning, budgeting, administration, personnel, networking and M&E for Socio-community Empowerment through Education for Development and Sustainability (SEEDS), Tak Province, Thai-Myanmar Border.TBCAF have Memorandum on cooperation with Bodhivijjalya Collage, Srinakharinwirot University to drive the 3 years of SEEDS project which funding by Pestalozzi Children Foundation.
About SEEDS Project
Socio-community Empowerment through Education for Development and Sustainability(SEEDS), Tak Province, Thai-Myanmar Border will work with 9 schools, 9 communities in 3 districts (Ta Song Yang, Mae Ra Mad and Umphang) that will be serving 557 Children and youths, 32 teachers, 160 local wisdom experts, 228 community members and parents, 10 officials local authorities and 10 officials Tak education provincial authorities and Tak-ESA 2 officers.
