The Researcher will be responsible for conducting preliminary research and developing concept notes or proposals for development projects, designing research projects to deliver required results, and working on or managing research and related projects to achieve required deliverables.

Responsibilities:

1.     Project Development

·      Work with or as part of proposal development teams to conduct background and/or sector-focus research and develop concept notes or proposals for development projects.

·      Design research component of projects or research projects to deliver required results, following research process good practices and using appropriate quantitative and/or qualitative research methods.

2.     Project Implementation

·      Work on research component of projects or manage research and related projects to successfully achieve required deliverables within committed timeframe and budget.

·      Write research reports, studies, papers, or in other formats, to present research results in a professional manner.

·      Make presentation of research results to specific audience as necessary. 

·      Develop expertise and specialization in research area and share best practices with colleagues.

3.     Organization Support

·      Perform other job-related duties as required by Kenan such as managing research database, supporting strategic task forces, etc.  

Qualifications: 

·         Possess a Master's degree in Business or Economic Research, Statistics or related field.

·         Minimum 7 years of experience working on business or economic research projects, with some experience managing research projects.

·         Experience developing project proposals.  

·         An excellent level of Thai and English communication, writing and presentation.

·         Has technical and numerical skills relevant to research subject matters and knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
