Project Overview
Pact is recruiting an Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Advisor for a USAID project that aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by catalyzing private finance to upscale and drive investment in the agriculture, forestry, and other land-use sector toward low-emission yet profitable business models. The project will support countries in Asia to scale-up low-emission land management best practices through development of a pipeline of investible projects and businesses in the sustainable landscapes sector, increased private sector investments into sustainable, low-emissions land management businesses, and improved capacity of sustainable landscapes stakeholders.
Position Purpose
The M&E Advisor will provide overall leadership and oversight for project M&E. S/he will manage the project’s Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Plan, develop relevant M&E tools, and provide technical training and guidance to the project team and partners on relevant M&E tools and processes. S/he will lead the monitoring of data collection, collation, storage, analysis, and reporting ensuring that data is audit worthy and incorporated into program reports for submission to USAID.
