Position: Interpreter for Qualitative Baseline Assessment of Specific Indicators related to the Thailand Child Protection System.

Closing date for applications: 15th August 2017

Timeframe: Between August 28th and September 8th.

Responsibilities

• Interpretation for individual and group interviews during field interviews (Provincial and Sub-district level) and stakeholder interviews (Government officials and experts)

Qualifications required are:

• At least undergraduate degree in a related subject;

• Excellent command of Thai and English;

• Willingness to travel to different regions/ sub-districts (specific locations to be confirmed);

• Flexible and open minded approach to solving problems and completing tasks;

• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills

Desirable

• Previous experience working in the field of child protection;

• Previous experience working for an international NGO or other international agency;

• Previous experience working with children;

• Previous experience working on research project (in particular in the field of Child Protection).
