Administration Officer (based in Chiang Mai)

Key responsibilities:

• Provide general support to the Inís team
• Manage procurement and purchasing
• Provide financial/administrative information for use by Financial Manager and accountants

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, finance or related field
• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience at the administrative/organizational support level
• Good communication skills in English and Thai, with excellent computer skills
• Good organization and implementation skills
• Good administration and finance skills with a high degree of accuracy
• Service-minded attitude
