NATIONAL CALL FOR AUCTION

T/74_EQUIPMENT/FURNITURE_AUCTION/28.05.2019/01

ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development) is looking for reputable companies, individual bidders to participate in ACTED Thailand furniture auction tendering process “AS IS WHERE IS” basis within the deadlines period as indicated below.

The auction will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents in English may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):

-         ACTED representative office in ACTED Thailand office # 88 Paso Tower, Silom road, Suriyawongse, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500

Or by sending an email titled T/74_FURNITURE_AUCTION/28.05.2019/01 to thitaporn.sareebutr@acted.org, CC tender@acted.org,

All bids must be submitted until 15/06/2019 (15^th of June 2019) at 16:00 PM (PP time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by email to thitaporn.sareebutr@acted.org, CC tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

An opening session will take place at ACTED PP office, at a date and time to be confirmed later on.
