 Do you have good organize and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize competing priorities and meet deadlines?

Do you have experience in supporting partners (NGOs/CBOs) on financial management, sub-grant and contract management? If the answer is yes, then would like to hear from you

 

The Role

 

Responsible for basic financial accountability and administrative support to the legacy program team in Thailand for effective internal communication and management. This includes assisting the team to monitor status of the projects and financial management on the PeopleSoft system, assisting office administrative tasks and supporting the organization of project workshops and trainings, etc.  50% time spent on program finance and 50% on program administration. 

 

What we are looking for

 

Essential

 

  • Bachelors degree 
  • At least 5 years of experience in program administrative and financial support
  • Good organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to do multitasking
  • Working effectively with others, thinking and understanding and achieving results
  • Be able to advise and give input to peers
  • Excellent written and verbal English/ Thai communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

 

Desirable

 

  • Degree in business management, finance or accounting
  • Audit experience
  • Experience in supporting partners (NGOs/CBOs) on financial management, sub-grant and contract management
  • Experience in international donorsproject budgeting management and reporting is highly desirable (i.e. EC, SIDA, ILO or other international agencies)
  • PeopleSoft knowledge, skills and experience is desirable
