Background

WWF Thailand aims to increase its fund-raising revenue so that it can become more self-sustaining and contribute to the global WWF network. In order to achieve this, WWF Thailand has set-up a local foundation in Thailand, WWF Foundation. Fundraising activities will be managed by WWF Foundation which will include corporate engagement, individual fundraising, and digital fundraising. The Face to Face Fundraising Officer will be an integral part of our growing team and will be responsible for the implementation of merchandise fundraising strategy including product design, sourcing productions, logistics, and supports all administrative work under Face to Face fundraising department.

Major duties and responsibilities

• Identify new and inviting products that meet requirements of WWF standards for merchandizing program both off line and on line.  Organize purchasing and delivering of merchandize items and closely monitor to ensure the products are always available for sale.
• Ensure the computerized cash register system of merchandizing is regularly maintained, conduct crossed check with the report submitted by the agency to verify accuracies before payment.
• Retention of donors, coordinate with field offices in organizing donor field or event activity or gift or communication materials etc. as proper as donor’s retention.
• Handle donor complaints, respond to donor’s requests and coordinate with SG to ensure donor database is kept accurate (cancellation, update profile of donors – contact, credit card details etc.)
• Support administrative work of Face to Face unit.

Required qualifications

• 1-2 Year in Managing Merchandise Activity preferred, or Sales, Marketing or Business Administration are also relevant.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or in relevant fields.
• 1 Year in Working with an International NGO would be an asset.
• Knowledge of conservation in wildlife and/or environmental issues would be an asset.
