Bids are currently being sought for a package of services as described below.
I. Lower Mekong Initiative - Sustainable Infrastructure Partnership, Phase II (LMI-SIPII)
The Lower Mekong Initiative - Sustainable Infrastructure Partnership (LMI-SIP) Program, is funded by the US Department of State (DOS), Bureau of Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs (OES) and implemented by Pact. The LMI-SIP Phase II, 2018 – 2022 has been redesigned to enhance regional development cooperation to adequately inform development policies and practices on large scale infrastructure development through practical partnerships among existing programs and institutions within the Lower Mekong Region that consists of Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Thailand and Viet Nam. Donor coordination component is also a highlight of LMI-SIP aiming to synergize knowledge and expertise of the United States Government with that of the Friends of the Lower Mekong (FLM) that include Australia, Japan, the Republic of Korea, New Zealand, the European Union, the Asian Development Bank, and the World Bank.
II. Objectives
Pact is seeking an experienced Web Developer (individual or company) to redesign and improve the current data-sharing site, the Mekong Water Data Platform (MWDP) www.mekongwater.org.
Based on a briefing and consultation with Pact to understand the overall project and expectations, the Vendor will develop a design for an integrated and interactive site. Work will be undertaken in close consultation with the Pact communications consultant and Project Director.

Estimated launch date is March 1, 2020. Invoices issued by the Vendor will be based agreed to deliverables during contract negotiation.
