DAI (Thailand) Ltd. invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified organizations and individuals to design and conduct training courses and provide direct technical assistance for the development of civil society organization (CSO) capacity on a range of topics. Trainers will design and conduct training courses online and onsite, as appropriate, on topics noted below. Short-term consultants will provide direct technical assistance on similar topics, also online and at the offices of individual CSOs, as appropriate. All training courses, technical assistance and associated materials must be presented in Thai language.

Approximately 10 CSOs will participate in the training courses and be the recipients of individual technical assistance. Their offices are in Chiang Mai, Khon Kaen, Pattani and Yala Provinces. The training courses are to be conducted and technical assistance provided periodically during the period July-October 2020.

The result of this invitation will be a short-list of organizations and individuals eligible to submit proposals on topics of interest. Specific training and technical assistance topics are presented below.

Interested organizations and individuals are requested to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI), limited to 5 pages, with the following information:

1. Cover letter, with address details, contact information and contact person. Should include statement of training and technical assistance topics of interest, from list above (maximum 1 page).
2. Organizational or individual profile, including management structure (for organizations) and expertise in related areas of work. Please specify areas of expertise following the topic titles listed in the tables above (maximum 3 pages).
3. Qualifications, providing similar expertise undertaken as lead organization, trainer or technical consultant in last three years, include information on tasks and outputs, client reference information, and period of engagement (maximum 1 page).

Do not include attachments, promotional documents or financial information with your submission. Note that this enlistment does not in any way commit DAI (Thailand) Ltd. to enter into contract or partnership with any organization or individual.
