Position: Funder Relationship Officer

Report to: General Manager

Main Roles

            The Funder Relationship Officer shall coordinate and maintain strong relationships with existing funders and partners as well as seek a new source of fund in Thailand and abroad. Importantly, the post holder shall be expected to work across divisions to compile operation data and financial data for writing reports and submitting funders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with funders and partners in Thailand and abroad
• Provide and submit reports to funders
• Seek sources of fund in Thailand and abroad
• Manage and maintain strong relationship with funders  
• Implement the other appointed tasks to achieve organization’s goal

Qualifications

• Graduate a bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields
• Experience in working at least 5 years
• Competent to present in meetings with foreign funders
• Fluent in English and competent to respond e-mail professionally
• Skillful in using online meeting applications, e.g., Zoom, Google meet, and Microsoft Team etc.
• Understand rural development and social business works
• Good relationship and adaptable to changes

Salary: 20,000 THB depending on experience, plus annual bonus, allowance, and others

บทบาทหน้าที่หลัก

            เจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานและแหล่งทุนสัมพันธ์มีบทบาทหลักในการประสานงานและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับแหล่งทุนและองค์กรพันธมิตรภายในประเทศและต่างประเทศ รวมถึงการแสวงหาแหล่งเงินทุนใหม่ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ ที่สำคัญต้องประสานงานกับฝ่ายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในองค์กรเพื่อรวบรวบข้อมูลผลการดำเนินงานและข้อมูลทางการเงินเพื่อจัดทำรายงานส่งแหล่งทุน

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

• ประสานงานกับแหล่งทุนและองค์กรพันธมิตรภายในและต่างประเทศ
• จัดทำรายงานตามเงื่อนไขของแหล่งทุน
• แสวงหาแหล่งเงินทุนทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
• บริหารจัดการความสัมพันธ์แหล่งทุนให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายขององค์กร
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากองค์กร

คุณสมบัติ

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานไม่ต่ำกว่า 5 ปี
• สามารถนำเสนอในที่ประชุมแหล่งทุนต่างประเทศ
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษและตอบโต้อีเมล์ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรมการประชุมออนไลน์ เช่น Zoom, Google meet, และ Microsoft Team เป็นต้น
• มีความเข้าใจในงานด้านพัฒนาชนบทและธุรกิจเพื่อสังคม
• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดีและสามารถยอมรับและปรับตัวกับการเปลี่ยนแปลง

อัตราเงินเดือน:   เริ่มต้น 20,000 บาท/เดือน (ขึ้นอยู่กับประสบการณ์การทำงาน) และสวัสดิการอื่นๆ เช่น โบนัส เบี้ยเลี้ยง เบี้ยประชุม และอื่นๆ
