Plan is an international humanitarian, child centered development organisation, implementing development programs that promote the realisation and fulfilment of children’s rights and the alleviation of child poverty. According to merging between Country Office and Regional Office, therefore, we are looking for a new member of HR&OD Team to ensure providing the   excellence operations and services.

 

Position: HR & OD Specialist

Location : Based in Bangkok

 

Job background: 

The HR & OD Specialist is responsible to provide the assistance to facilitate Human Resources Management and Human Resources Development efforts of Plan International Thailand to be in line with Thai Labour Laws and Plan’s policies and procedures. Also to ensure the contribution directly to the achievement of Plan International Thailand and Human Resources Strategy.

 

Job purpose:  

• Facilitate in recruitment and selection activities

• Conduct orientation program to new staff. Building capacity of staff in term of competency as required by jobs regarding Plan’s policies or Global development

• Facilitate Annual Performance Management System (PMS)

• Analysis, Monitor and Implement the competitive package

• Accurate payroll and HR administration

• Facilitate Timesheet in HRIS system

• Ensure all of HR documents are strictly followed and prompt for auditing.

 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience: 

• Citizen of Thailand

• Five years’ experience in HR field

• Minimum three years of demonstrated professional experience in HRM or HRD or similar position

• Track record of participation, training, facilitation and awareness raising

• Academic degree in relevant area  

•  Strong team-building and facilitation skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficient computer skills

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Experience working with NGOs is an advantage

• Experience working with SAP or similar employee database system is an advantage.
