Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer, EpiC Project - Thailand

Project Summary
The EPIC Project is a USAID-supported initiative focusing on HIV and key populations. Funding and technical support for EPIC Thailand comes directly from USAID Regional Development Mission for Asia (RDMA). In Thailand, EPIC supports programming across the entire HIV cascade (reach, recruit, test, prevent, treat, retain) primarily among men who have sex with men (MSM) and transgender women.
We are recruiting Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer, EpiC Project – Thailand based in Bangkok, Thailand.
JOB SUMMARY:
This position focus on working with FHI 360 staff and partner agencies on appropriate indicators, their measurement, and use in programming. S/he will provide assistance to EpiC Thailand partners on monitoring and evaluation and on reporting, work closely with healthcare facilities, hospitals, and the Care, Support and Treatment team to establish a tracking mechanism for client retention, improve process data quality and participating in data quality audits, review quarterly reports for data quality and accuracy. S/he also works with other FHI360 programme and technical staff, consultants and/or FHI 360 country offices to drive the implementation of the EpiC projects/activities to meet achievements in accordance with FHI 360, donor and national priorities.

TYPE AND NATURE OF CONTACTS:
This position will work in close coordination with FHI 360 EpiC. It is also necessary for the M&E Officer to liaise with implementing agencies/partners/collaborators and government officials on a regular basis, depending upon the contexts of the responsible activities.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Usual office working conditions and travel domestically as needed to develop, coordinate, monitor and/or participate in EpiC Thailand program activities and represent FHI 360 at some meetings as appropriate.
