I . Background

WWF Thailand has been working on freshwater conservation for more than a decade, with activities in support of sustainable water resources management, wetland biodiversity restoration, and adaptive local livelihoods development
WWF Thailand seeks to enhance its role in freshwater restoration and connectivity in recognition of Thailand’s goal of securing freshwater resources to improve River-basin permeability for wide-ranging species and landscape production to respond to sustainable water consumption needs. The incumbent in this position will lead our ongoing activities in the sustainable water resources management sector, design and implement on-the-ground freshwater projects, and identify opportunities for expanded roles for WWF Thailand in the restoration of freshwater ecosystems.
