Job Purpose

The PS Grants Coordinator will coordinate the communication with the operation team and other respective stakeholders during the proposal development process from the due diligence, acquisition to submission, as well as, project implementation and reporting phases. Active participation in donor retention and cultivation activities is required. This position will be responsible in all administration activities of acquisition to meet the organization’s guidelines and policies. Depending on the readiness, the PS Grants Coordinator will be also required to actively participate in the resource development activities, such as pitching and acquisition, including project reporting and proposal development, in accordance with the rate of skills development and the urgency of the need.


Major Responsibilities

Coordination work with the operation team and other respective stakeholders; e.g., technical supervisors and external partners during all grant phases; i.e., acquisition, implementation and reporting.  

Fulfill all administrative requirements according to the organization’s guidelines and policies, such as GoNoGo, due diligence, donor registration and payment database, including performance tracking.

Participate in the donor retention and cultivation activities, such as customer satisfaction survey, exhibition, campaign and other WVFT’s events that support the resources development. 

 Qualifications :

  1.      2+ years of relevant experience with national or international NGOs, multinational/local corporations in resource development or CSR management
  2.      Project design or business development experience in social development sector
  3.      Good skills in coordinating multi-sectoral project teams
  4.     Presentation Skills, Story-telling Skills, Written Communication, Problem Solving, Deadline-Oriented
  5. Bachelor degree qualification, or equivalent experience, in a relevant discipline, e.g. International Development, Economics, Development Management, Business Administration, Marketing, etc.
  6. Understanding of key challenges in international development, and appreciation of community-led development approaches
  7. Understanding of procurement or grants structures and CSR processes/bureaucracy of multinational corporations (MNCs), local corporations, including Government, public services, and/or other international organizations
  8. Understanding of emerging models of partnering between NGOs and multinational/local corporations
  9. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills (especially English and Thai) to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment
  10. Competent in technical writing; including good editing and proof-reading skills
