Humanitarian Response Workforce
15 September 2023 – 28 February 2024
Objectives and deliverables Save the Children’s Thailand Country Office is seeking Humanitarian Response Workforce A to support Influx people by distributing ECD Kits, Primary HBL kits, Women Dignity kits and Babies kits. The Humanitarian Response workforce will monitor Learning Class activities, support Community Volunteers with Providing Stipend and communication Fees. Attend Monthly Emergency Response Team monthly meeting and guide parents for support their children in current situation
This role will support the Humanitarian Coordinator, Mae Sot Field Office with internal coordination as well as coordination with partners and stakeholders in along Thai Myanmar border.

1. To manage data of the targeted influx communities along with Community Volunteers
|
- Work with the Humanitarian Coordinator and Community Volunteers to collect distribution information
- Ensure the data is up to date

2. To prepare an inventory list and distribute EiE and Humanitarian kits and arrange the distribution to targeted communities.

- Work closely with the Humanitarian Coordinator and prepare the list of distribution and distribute materials in targeted areas

3. To assist Humanitarian Coordinator in preparing the Emergency Preparedness Workshops for CSOs along Thai-Myanmar Border and act as the translation upon the request
|
- Liaise and coordinate relevant departments for preparing the workshop
- Provide administration and logistical support for the participants

Management
The successor will report directly to Humanitarian Coordinator
Location
Mae Sot Office
Time frame
The successor will use effort reporting (timesheet) to report time on the tasks. The expected scope of work for 5 months.
Payment
Submission for monthly payment: Invoice and Timesheet report with evidence-based (daily rate)
Budget
This successor will be covered by HF fund. A monthly rate is set at 28,000 THB. If the successor travels to the field, SCT will cover costs based on the field per diem and accommodation standard rates defined by SCT.
