A consultant to conduct the virtual graphic record for Tabletop exercise in 7 schools.
Background
Integrated Emergency Preparedness and child protection framework to protect children and their communities from violence during emergencies Phase II Project supported by the European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO HIP) in collaboration with save the Children, the Southern Border Peace Association (Luuk Rieang) and local authorities have joined forces to integrate an Emergency Preparedness plan to drive child protection issues in emergencies, strengthening the child protection mechanism at the sub-district level in 7 schools in 3 sub-districts; Thasap, Purong, and Bangoi Sinae in Yala Province.
On the 3rd week and 4th week of May 2023, ECHO HIP project team aims to conduct the tabletop exercise in 7 schools to review school emergency preparedness plan (EPP) which will strengthen the understanding, knowledge and practice of teachers and staff during the emergencies in school.
Purpose and scope of this service:
Save the Children and Luukrieang intends to facilitate the tabletop exercise with meaningful participation from participants. The virtual graphic recorder will demonstrate and reflect the real time response from the participant during the session. The final design of the virtual record shall be appropriate for the target group who are student and school teachers. Specific objectives of this service are as follows:
- To consult with the ECHO HIP team, to ensure the understanding of the content and design.
- To support the ECHO HIP team to facilitate the virtual recording during the Tabletop exercise.
- To adjust the design as deem necessary.
Timeframe
The service provider will be required to work during 18th May – 25h June 2023, subject to the requirements and agreements with Save the Children

Competency and Skills Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience of virtual graphic.

Service Fee and Budget
The service provider is asked to propose the budget. Applicable taxes, should be included in the proposed budget. The budget should be in Thai Baht.
