Technical Specialists for the USAID ASEAN Partnership Program
Tetra Tech International Development (International Development Jobs - Tetra Tech) is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified senior-level candidates for various technical positions on an anticipated five-year USAID Regional Development Mission for Asia (RDMA)-funded activity: the USAID ASEAN Partnership Program in Southeast Asia.
Position Description: The Activity will support expanded engagement with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) by providing technical assistance to advance economic growth, good governance, and resilience within the region. The Activity aims to strengthen ASEAN’s institutional capacity to guide policies and frameworks to spur inclusive development in the region. Various technical specialists will provide technical and management leadership and contributions to activities within their field of expertise to achieve project outcomes. For all positions, working knowledge of English, experience working in and managing multi-disciplinary teams, frequent travel to field sites, knowledge of MS Office applications, and commitment to gender equity and social inclusion are required. These potential full-time or part-time positions are anticipated to be based either in Bangkok, Thailand or Jakarta, Indonesia.

Required Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in a related discipline outlined above.
* A minimum of 10 years’ work experience in a related area.
* Proven track record collaborating with a diverse array of stakeholders and fostering collaborative learning and adaptive management.
* Demonstrated knowledge of the ASEAN countries context and region required.
* Proven ability to work effectively with USAID mission staff, host country counterparts, and international donors; with strong emphasis placed on experience developing and maintaining working relationships across a multi-stakeholder environment.
* Ability to travel extensively throughout Southeast Asia.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English.
* Experience working in Southeast Asia required.
