Winrock International is currently seeking proposals from qualified firms and/or individual consultants to convert existing materials into self-directed digital learning content while creating new content as needed.
Background:
With the intention to orient Thai organizations, institutions, and leaders to the basics of social behavior change (SBC), the USAID Thailand CTIP project, led by Winrock International, is creating learning content to equip participants with ideas and tools to inform ongoing or new SBC efforts to counter trafficking in persons and forced labor in Thailand.
The USAID Thailand project created a toolkit and a trainer’s guide for Thai organizations and institutions. The existing content is primarily written in a format intended to guide facilitators in presenting this critical information to an in-person audience through interactive sessions. The USAID Thailand project seeks to convert this content into digital, self-directed learning content that can be uploaded to an online learning platform and accessed directly by individuals.
Objectives:
Winrock International is looking for a consultant to convert existing learning content and/or generate new content related to SBC to counter trafficking in persons and forced labor:
Responsibilities:
The consultant will review the existing learning content and develop a proposed outline for structuring the content. The consultant will recommend the number of modules and identify the main lessons/take away for each of these. The consultant will identify external resource materials for any information gaps not available on project resource materials.
Based on the desired module outcomes and the selected content, the consultant will create content for each of the modules. Content includes but is not limited to learning information and quizzes. Learning information can be presented in PowerPoint slides, Word documents, infographics animation, or video. Quizzes will primarily be multiple choice.

Payment and Payment Schedule:
Payment will be made upon timely submission of satisfactory deliverables per agreed work plan and approval by Winrock. The payment will be made in three tranches after all the deliverables have been made.
The payment schedule is subject to negotiation between Winrock and the selected Consultant.

Proposal Submission:
Interested firms and individual consultants should submit technical proposals as separate files. All documents related to this assignment should be in English and submitted in .PDF format. Proposals must be submitted electronically, with all pieces of the proposal labeled clearly. The maximum length for the proposal, both technical and cost portions together, is 10 pages (not including annexes), single spaced, Time New Roman Font 11.
