Contract: 1 year (3 months probation, opportunity to extend)
Based in: On-site in Ruam Thai, Kui Buri, Prachuap Khiri Khan.
One week of remote work per month is possible.

Bring The Elephant Home is dedicated to ensuring the well-being and survival of Asian elephants, fostering socio-ecological resilience, and striving for a world where both elephants and people can thrive. Our community-based conservation approach, developed over a decade, emphasizes shared decision-making, sustainability, equality, and partnerships. Through our projects, we promote human-elephant coexistence by supporting farmers in elephant-friendly livelihoods and land use, contributing to meaningful coexistence between elephants and people.
Your Role
As the Conservation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating various conservation initiatives in Ruam Thai village, Prachuap Khiri Khan. Your role will focus on stakeholder management, planning and implementation of human-elephant coexistence strategies in communities surrounding Kuiburi National Park, and contributing to community-based conservation solutions such as beehive fences and alternative crop cultivation. This position requires strong organizational and research skills, excellent communication, a passion for fieldwork and wildlife conservation, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
