The USAID Enhance is a five-year Activity funded by the United States Agency for International Development/Regional Development Mission for Asia (USAID/RDMA). The goal of USAID Enhance is “Strengthened citizen-centric local governance in Thailand.”
Tetra Tech ARD (ARD, Inc.), USAID’s implementing contractor for USAID Enhance Activity, invites interested parties to submit concept papers that develop and execute a comprehensive capacity building package that strengthens the capacity of USAID Enhance’s non-governmental partners to engage in constructive advocacy for community priorities in Thailand.

โครงการ USAID Enhance ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากองค์การเพื่อการพัฒนาระหว่างประเทศของสหรัฐอเมริกา สำนักงานภาคพื้นเอเชีย (USAID/RDMA) ซึ่งมีระยะเวลาการดำเนินงาน 5 ปี ทั้งนี้โครงการมีเป้าหมายเพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับการบริหารจัดการการปกครองท้องถิ่นโดยมีประชาชนเป็นศูนย์กลางในประเทศไทย
บริษัท Tetra Tech ARD ซึ่งได้รับอนุญาตให้ดำเนินงาน ให้ทุนสนับสนุนภายใต้โครงการ USAID Enhance ขอเรียนเชิญองค์กรหรือหน่วยงานที่สนใจส่งข้อเสนอแนวคิดโครงการ (Concept Paper) เพื่อพัฒนาและดำเนินงานหลักสูตร การเสริมสร้างศักยภาพที่ครอบคลุมและครบวงจรเพื่อสร้างความเข้มแข็งทั้งด้านศักยภาพและความสามารถในเรื่องการรณรงค์เชิงสร้างสรรค์สำหรับประเด็นที่ชุมชนให้ความสำคัญ ให้แก่องค์กรผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องอื่น ๆ ที่ไม่ใช่ภาครัฐที่อยู่ในพื้นที่การดำเนินงานโครงการและได้ทำงานร่วมเป็นภาคีกับโครงการ USAID Enhance
