Opportunity: Resources Development Supervisor (Corporate Donors and CSR Projects)
As a Resources Development Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to drive business development by acquiring high-quality listings and optimizing existing ones. You will play a crucial role in building a community of host networks, fostering donor growth in corporate sectors and related fields. Additionally, you'll be tasked with analyzing large datasets to identify new opportunities for presentation to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the overall supply health of the assigned portfolio, focusing on acquiring and optimizing hosts/agencies to enhance business performance.
- Support the Director of Resources Development (DRD) in executing scalable initiatives/projects for growth.
- Assist in developing a host network community through activities like building forums, hosting events, and participating in market-relevant events.
- Communicate effectively with both new and existing hosts through phone and in-person meetings to expand our business portfolio.
- Train hosts/agencies on new and existing technologies, tools, and models.
- Consolidate feedback from hosts to identify product gaps and feature requests.
- Report weekly/monthly KPIs and key metrics internally, showcasing successes and highlighting potential opportunities.
- Prepare forecast decks and presentation materials to aid business growth during meetings.
- Analyze large data sets to uncover new opportunities for the Raks Thai Foundation's growth.
- Gain buy-in from relevant stakeholders to execute strategies and facilitate launches.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in internal department activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage expectations both upward and downward.
- Occasionally provide proposals as needed.
- Be available for travel as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales and/or startup environments.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Thai.
- Proven track record of being a self-starter capable of executing projects autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast learner, adaptable to change, and energized by challenges.
- Results-oriented strategic thinker with assertiveness and initiative.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, capable of acquiring hosts for our foundation.
