Background
Trafficking in persons for forced criminality is trafficking in persons for the purpose of exploitation of victims through forcing or otherwise compelling them to commit criminal acts for economic or other gains of traffickers or exploiters. TIP for forced criminality in Southeast Asia has evolved dramatically in recent years. Thailand is a source and transit country while many Thai people are trapped into the criminal rings via fake job advertisement. The USAID Thailand CTIP is supporting a workshop for multi-stakeholders to develop a holistic and strategic campaign to raise awareness to at-risk populations.
Assignment Summary:
Winrock International is seeking an organization to help design and facilitate the workshop for multi-stakeholders to develop a national campaign on trafficking for forced criminality to raise awareness to at-risk populations. The USAID Thailand CTIP project in collaboration with counterpart will engage with speakers, participants, and other relevant parties and will be responsible for logistics and administrative arrangement. The consultant will be expected to develop the workshop design and to facilitate the process of the campaign development and its plan for implementation and evaluation to Thai multi-stakeholders in CTIP community who have different knowledge and background of campaigning. The workshop is anticipated in Bangkok in May. The consultant will also create an event report and the campaign concept from the workshop.

Payment and Payment Schedule
Payment will be made upon timely submission of satisfactory deliverables per agreed and approved by Winrock. The payment will be made in three tranches after all the deliverables have been made.
The payment schedule is subject to negotiation between Winrock and the selected Consultant.

Proposal Submission
Interested firms should submit technical proposals as separate files. All documents related to this assignment should be in English and submitted in PDF format. Proposals must be submitted electronically, with all pieces of the proposal labeled clearly. The maximum length for the proposal, both technical and cost portions together, is 10 pages (not including annexes), single spaced, Time New Roman Font 11.
