Position:                         Programme Associate (Thai Nationality)

Background and Key Functions:
Launched in 2016, the Equity Initiaitve (EI) Fellowship is a program of CMB Foundation, based in Bangkok, Thailand. The Programme Associate is a mid-level position of the EI program team under the guidance of the CMB Senior Management Team, and under the direct supervision of the Programme Executive. The Programme Associate will support  program activities and operation for the EI Fellowship program, including Fellowship data collection and management, performing the administrative and reporting of grants and projects, building partnership with Fellows and beyond. The Programme Associate will further contribute to the administration of EI Fellowship program systems development and processes.

 

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist in all aspects of the EI Fellowship program implementation to ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables.
  • Compile and track a wide range of Fellows information and project data, maintaining data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Contribute to proposal development, project reporting, and project impact stories.
  • Develop expertise in grant/project management systems, ensuring that the systems are accurate and up-to-date and providing guidance and support of system use to the EI team members.
  • Manage and review grant/project records, such as grant awards notifications, terms and conditions, progress, and final reports.
  • Work with Fellows, including communicating program updates, answering questions, and assisting with logistics.
  • Support learning, evaluation, and impact data collection, review, and analysis.
  • Contribute to the production of program reports, communication materials, and website updates and content.
  • Support the administration of the EI Fellowship’s Canvas platform and Salesforce system.
  • Assist in arranging virtual and/or in-person event logistics and preparing event materials as needed.
  • Provide logistical, travel, and operations support before, during, and after each event.  
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 5 or more years of work experience in development sector, project management and/or networks development and capacity building coordination
  • Excellent English proficiency
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Experience in data collection on CRM platform, i.e., Salesforce, is an advantage
  • Experience in website content development and social media is an advantage
  • Interest in health and development a plus
  • Knowledge/skill in a local language (ASEAN/China) is a plus
  • Thai Nationality
