USAID Enhance Activity (referred to as USAID Enhance or the Activity) is a five-year project funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)/Regional Development Mission for Asia (RDMA), starting in September 2022. The Activity aims to strengthen citizen-centric local governance in Thailand. Interventions under this Activity will lead towards more accountable and responsive local governance, strengthened partnership among local stakeholders and government agencies in support of plans for innovation, and promote successful efforts to other localities.
Over the life of the Activity, USAID Enhance, managed by Tetra Tech/ ARD, Inc., will be implemented in Thailand’s Deep South (Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat, and some districts of Songkhla), selected provinces in the North and Northeast, as well as for national audiences in Thailand.
Tetra Tech ARD (ARD, Inc.), USAID’s implementing contractor for USAID Enhance Activity, invites proposals from experienced production companies/houses and individual professionals to provide technical service in collecting video footage and production of documentaries that effectively capture and communicate the desired narrative, story, and accomplishments of USAID Enhance Activity. The services required include planning, filming, editing, and delivering high-quality documentary films and pictures. Travels to a few provinces of Thailand will be required.
