The ICRC Regional Delegation in Bangkok seeks to fill the following position:

Digital Learning Officer, based in Bangkok

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports in the preparation of online and blended learning sessions
• Manages online learners' registration and employees' training history
• Provides level-two technical support in using learning and development applications
• Contributes to developing and maintaining the documentation / the adoption on Learning Content Management Systems (LCMSs) processes & tools
• Contributes to quality assurance over digital learning content; interactive learning resources published in the ICRC Learning catalogue
• Manages publications on the ICRC e-learning platforms (learning catalogue and iLearn homepage)
• Helps provide support and upskilling to subject matter experts on their course creation
• Collects and analyses data to constantly improve the quality and efficiency of the learning solutions response system
• Follows up on all work-related messages and correspondence with the relevant contacts and departments

YOUR PROFILE:
 

• University degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent level of Microsoft Office literacy, especially in Excel, to manage large data-tables
• Good command of written and spoken English; Spanish and/or French an asset.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
