Malteser International is a German non-governmental organization providing humanitarian assistance and development aid for people in need in over 20 countries. Malteser International is currently working with temporary refugee shelters and surrounding villages in Sob-Moei district, Mae Hong Son province in Thailand. Our office located in Mae Sariang is looking for an efficient, motivated and experienced Thai national for the position as Driver

สถานที่ดำเนินงาน: อ. แม่สะเรียง อ. สบเมย จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน

สถานที่ตั้งสำนักงาน: อำเภอ แม่สะเรียง จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน

ระยะเวลาจ้างงาน: ถึง 31 ธันวาคม 2567 (อาจมีการต่อสัญญาจ้าง)

เงินเดือนเริ่มต้น: 15,000 บาท ต่อเดือน (รวม สิทธิผลประโยชน์) 

Duty Station:             Mae Sariang town, Mae Hong Son province

Work locations:         Mae Sariang and Sob-Moei Districts within the field

Duration:                   Until 31 December 2024 (with possible extension)

Salary range:             15,000 THB (+benefits)

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบหลัก

1. ขับยานพาหนะขององค์การมัลติเซอร์ อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล เพื่อนำส่งเจ้าหน้าที่และวัสดุอย่างปลอดภัย
2. ทำความสะอาดยานพาหนะอย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อให้ยานพาหนะอยู่ในสภาพที่ดีและปลอดภัย
3. ก่อนออกเดินทาง ควรตรวจความเรียบร้อยตามที่ระบุไว้ในรายการการตรวจสอบยานพาหนะ (เช่น การตรวจตราน้ำมันเครื่อง ผ้าเบรค เป็นต้น)
4. ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าอุปกรณ์รักษาความปลอดภัยทำงานอย่างถูกต้อง, ตรวจเช็คสต็อคชุดปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้น และอุปกรณ์อื่นๆที่จำเป็นต้องใช้ในการซ่อมบำรุงยานพาหนะเบื้องต้น
5. ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าผู้โดยสารคาดเข็มขัดนิรภัยและคาดอย่างถูกต้อง
6. รับผิดชอบในการตัดสินใจว่าสถานการณ์มีความปลอดภัยในการขับขี่หรือไม่ ขึ้นอยู่กับสภาพอากาศ ช่วงเวลาและสภาพถนน
7. ปรึกษาพูดคุยข้อกังวลด้านความปลอดภัย และ/หรืออุบัติเหตุให้หัวหน้างานทราบโดยทันทีเพื่อการตัดสินใจหรือปฏิบัติการขั้นต่อไป
8. ช่วยเหลือในการขึ้นของและโหลดวัสดุอุปกรณ์ลงระหว่างยานพาหนะหรือคลับเก็บวัสดุ ณ ต้นทาง หรือ ปลายทาง.
9. จดบันทึกทุกครั้งเมื่อขับขี่ในสมุดจดบันทึกยานพหนะ

Main Responsibilities and Duties

1. Drive Malteser International vehicles and transport MI staffs and material safely.
2. Ensure the cleanliness of vehicle regularly to maintain vehicles in good condition and safe driving.
3. Complete check list before travel (ex: Petrol-Engine-Tires-Breaks).
4. Ensure proper function and maintenance of safety equipment/features, re-stock and maintenance of First Aid equipment and other tools for basic car repairs.
5. Ensure all passengers put on proper seatbelts before travel
6. Take responsibility to decide safety situations based on weather, time, and road conditions.
7. Communicate any safety concerns and/or accidents without delay to Supervisor for further decision or action.
8. Assist in loading and unloading of goods between cars and storage at origin or at destination.
9. Document every trip in the respective vehicle logbook.

คุณสมบัติสำคัญ/ความสามารถ:

1. สัญชาติไทย
2. มัธยมศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3
3. มีประสบการณ์ขับรถทั้งในถนนทางหลวงและถนนตามภูเขาชนบทในทุกฤดูอย่างน้อย 2 – 3 ปี
4. สามารถขับรถยนต์ขับเคลื่อน 4 ล้อได้อย่างดีเยี่ยม
5. มีความตระหนักและนึกคิดทางด้านความปลอดภัยสูง
6. มีใบขับขี่ที่ถูกต้องและใช้งานได้สำหรับการขับขี่ยานพนะทุกประเภท (เช่น รถยนต์มอเตอร์, รถยนต์, รถบรรทุกขนาดเล็ก)
7. มีทักษะในการซ่อมแซมรถ โดยเฉพาะที่เกี่ยวข้องกับตัวเครื่อง เบรค และ ช่วงล่าง
8. มีทักษะสัมพันธ์กับบุคลลและการสื่อสารได้ดี และสามารถทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีม
9. สามารถสื่อสารในภาษากระเหรี่ยงได้

Essential Qualifications/Skills:

1. Thai nationality
2. High school graduate (grade 9)
3. 2 – 3 years of previous experience driving on both highways and on rural mountainous roads in all seasons
4. Excellent 4-wheel drive skills
5. High sense of safety and security thinking
6. Valid driving license for the type of vehicle required to drive (ex. MC, Car, Light Truck)
7. Basic vehicle mechanical skills, in particular related to engine, breaks, and suspension.
8. Good interpersonal and communication skill, known as a good team player.
9. Good Karen language skills.
