HR Officer
Fixed Term 6 Months (April - September 2024)
Based in Bangkok
The HR Officer (Fixed Term Contract for 6 months) is responsible to administer recruitment, benefit and compensation, Visa and Work Permit, to support HR Manager in providing HR services to employees, and accomplish GPSEA Human Resources Goals and objectives.
Key Duties
Assist the HR Manager in offering comprehensive HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and payroll management.
Handle job postings and shortlisting, coordinate interviews and appointments, and manage employee insurance and provident fund transactions.
Oversee health benefits administration, including verification and record-keeping for vision, dental, and health allowances.
Support onboarding and exit processes, ensure the return of company equipment, maintain employee records, and facilitate learning and development programs.
Coordinate with finance and other departments for documentation and reporting, and perform additional tasks as needed to support HR functions.
Process visa and work permit applications for expatriates.
Facilitate employee learning and development programs.
Requirements:
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Experience in Human Resources practices, Visa and Work Permit would be an added advantage
