USAID Enhance Activity (referred to as USAID Enhance or the Activity) is a five-year project funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)/Regional Development Mission for Asia (RDMA), starting in September 2022. The Activity aims to strengthen citizen-centric local governance in Thailand. Interventions under this Activity will lead towards more accountable and responsive local governance, strengthened partnership among local stakeholders and government agencies in support of plans for innovation, and promote successful efforts to other localities.

Over the life of the Activity, USAID Enhance, managed by Tetra Tech/ ARD, Inc., will be implemented in Thailand’s Deep South (Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat, and some districts of Songkhla), selected provinces in the North and Northeast, as well as for national audiences in Thailand.

The Citizen-Centric Governance Exchange Visit is a strategic initiative aimed at supporting local governments to work better for their people. It is an opportunity for local government officials from different places to come together, share what they know, and learn new ways to solve problems. This exchange visit offers an opportunity for officials to share ideas, learn innovative practices, and find solutions for the challenges each community has. This initiative aligns with USAID Enhance’s objective of strengthening the capacity of local governments and non-governmental stakeholders in citizen-centric governance.

The primary objective of providing logistical services is to ensure the efficient and effective coordination of the Citizen-Centric Governance Exchange Visit in Seoul, Republic of Korea. This involves managing travel, accommodation, and meal arrangements for a few participants, ensuring seamless scheduling of events and meetings, and providing necessary on-ground support for the exchange visit scheduled for around the third or fourth week of June 2024.

USAID Enhance invites proposals from qualified and experienced organizations to organize and coordinate the Citizen-Centric Governance Exchange Visit in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
