มูลนิธิสโกลารส์ ออฟซัสทีแนนซ์ เป็นมูลนิธิกู้ภัยอาหารแห่งแรกของประเทศไทยซึ่งก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี 2559 ภารกิจของเราคือการส่งเสริมระบบการกระจายอาหารในประเทศเพื่อลดการสูญเสียโดยไม่จำเป็น และสร้างความเท่าเทียมให้แก่ผู้ที่ขาดแคลนโดยแจกจ่ายอาหารส่วนเกินคุณภาพสูงจากธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวกับอาหาร เช่น โรงแรม ร้านสะดวกซื้อ ร้านอาหาร และผู้ประกอบการต่าง ๆ ให้กับชุมชนที่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือในกรุงเทพฯ ภูเก็ต หัวหิน เชียงใหม่ และจังหวัดอื่น ๆ ในประเทศทุก ๆ วัน จนถึงปัจจุบันนี้ มูลนิธิได้ส่งต่ออาหารส่วนเกินไปแล้วกว่า 7.9 ล้านกิโลกรัมหรือคิดเป็น 33 ล้านมื้อ ให้แก่ชุมชนต่าง ๆ มากกว่า 3,000+ แห่ง ซึ่งเท่ากับว่าเราได้ลดการสร้างก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์จากการนำอาหารไปฝังกลบถึง 20,023 ตัน

Fundraising and Partnership Assistance Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the fundraising performance of SOS Thailand and the international fundraisers

• Make sure the whole team achieves the annual fundraising goal

• Develop the fundraising strategy and share the action plan with the team to achieve the goal 

• Forecast the fundraising performance by a quarter by using data from the PT Sheet 

• Authorize and manage the budget for the sponsored programs and operations as well as CSR activities

• Establish and maintain working relationships with partners, and provide opportunities for cooperation, networking, alliance-building   

• Own the project with big donors: the tasks include but are not limited

• Produce the proposal 

• Prepare the MOU 

• Prepare the reports 

• Regular updates 

• Represent the organization in fundraising activities, events, and campaigns   

• Mentor and advise the team members in achieving both professional and personal goals 

• Balance work and ensure seamless collaboration among internal teams

Requirement

• Thai nationality 

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in communications, International Business, Marketing, or any related field Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus. 

• Background at least 3 years of experience in fundraising, sales, or marketing, preferably with international experience

• Experience in fundraising and donor expectation management.

• Proficiency in communication and writing skills in English and Thai are required 

• Flexibility and ability to successfully balance priorities while managing multiple tasks and planning big events

• Experience in writing grant proposals, press releases, and fundraising letters 

• Good interpersonal skills, confidence in public speaking, enjoy socializing, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
