Project Coordinator
Main duties
- Prepare operational annual plan with project team. Elaborate the operational (narrative and financial) planning of project activities and ensure its implementation
- Organize and facilitate all activities as required for the full implementation of project goals and objectives
- Ensure that project meets targets, time-lines based on financial plan with appropriate reporting and evaluation. Work closely with project director assistant/project manager.
- Follow FAL policies, safety regulations, quality standards and procedures
- Establish and maintain links with relevant local government and/or non-governmental organizations/agencies, for collaborative work and information
- Engage and ensure participation of all key stakeholders
- Organize and coordinate the consultation and meetings
- Ensure timely preparation of information and other written documents/material as required for implementation, monitoring and evaluation of project activities
- Coordinate and organize among team and other relevant agencies
- Prepare narrative reports and related documents for donors
- Follow up financial report
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications Minimum two years’ experience of project coordination
Skills/Knowledge
- Strong communication (both oral and written) skills in Thai and English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in Advocacy.
- Experience in report writing and publication/presentation of results.
- Good team building skills.
- Knowledge of issues related to literacy and educational training programs, specially affecting ethnic minority groups
- Strong interpersonal and professional skills.
- Creative thinking.
- Driving experience in both urban and rural remote, areas.
