Position: Social Worker – OUR RESCUE
Location: Phayathai, Bangkok
Organization:
In its ten years of existence, OUR Rescue has helped thousands of victims, providing support to almost 30 countries and 50 states in the U.S. states in the U.S. We exist to rescue children and women from sex trafficking and exploitation.
Responsibilities:
Execute Survivor Care programs for the OUR country team to ensure that child victims of sexual exploitation and victims of human trafficking are assisted through their journey towards recovery.
- Facilitate post-intervention care, including crisis management, counselling, medical treatment, housing services, and life skills training to rescued victims.
- Ensure that victims rescued receive quality survivor care services tailored to their assessed needs, and in accordance with OUR's standards of care.
- Ensure that victims rescued receive resources for legal protection and social services from the Thai government in accordance with the law.
- Build trusting and mutually beneficial relationships and develop and maintain partnerships with public and private agencies to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services for OUR Rescues clients.
- Educate, network, train and provide assistance to public and private officials in post-event care and rehabilitation for victims.
- Build and maintain a network of survivor-care partners to ensure clients' well-being and recovery, including follow-up victim care, support for special services, client’s home visit, and emergency assistance.
- Must be able to work irregular schedules such as occasionally overnight and weekends.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Thai national.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field of study.
- A licensed social worker (will be strongly considered).
- Work experience in assisting human trafficking victims, child sexual exploitation, and human rights (will be strongly considered).
- Ability to communicate well in Thai, in reading, speaking, writing (ability in English communication will be strongly considered).
- Computer skills in programs needed for the work (sending E-Mail, Microsoft Office).
- Ability to communicate well, has social skills, intent listening skills, a good attitude, understanding others’ feelings, respect for others, patience.
- Ability to deal with challenging situations, flexible, and a good team player.
- A driver’s license.
- Can travel upcountry.

Position: Operations Officer (Operator) – OUR RESCUE
Location: Phayathai, Bangkok
Organization:
In its ten years of existence, OUR Rescue has helped thousands of victims, providing support to almost 30 countries and 50 states in the U.S. states in the U.S. We exist to rescue children and women from sex trafficking and exploitation.
Responsibilities:
- Support operational activities for law enforcement officers and personnel both within and outside the organization.
- Participate in meetings with operations managers and other team leaders to plan field operations.
- Coordinate with internal and external personnel of the organization.
- Collect data and capture images of locations during field operations for reporting purposes.
- Gather information from both on-site and internet sources for reporting.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Male, aged 22 to 45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent at a minimum in any fields. (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Experience in counteracting and combating human trafficking, human rights, or social work is preferred.
- Proficiency in English communication, reading, and writing is a plus.
- Proficiency in local language communication is a plus.
- Ability to work overtime, be flexible with working hours, and handle urgent tasks.
- Willingness to work in different provinces and countries for extended periods.
- Good teamwork, resilience, honesty, and responsibility.
- Ability to adapt to challenging situations and handle stress.
- Effective time management and task prioritization skills.
- Observant and detail-oriented.
- Positive attitude towards work.
- Social skills and ability to communicate appropriately.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality within the organization.
- Valid driver's license with confidence in driving motorcycles and cars.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
