Job title: Sr. Administrative Assistant

Introduction
The Borderland Health Foundation (BHF) is a non-for-profit, non-confessional and non-political organization, registered in Thailand. The Foundation is linked to a field station of the Mahidol - Oxford University Research Unit (SMRU Clinics) which are located in Mas Sot, Mae Ramat, Phro Phra, Tha Song Yang and Umphang districts in Tak province, Thailand. BHF works with marginalized populations along Thailand-Myanmar border by focusing on health care services and public health issues with its focus on malaria, tuberculosis, and maternal and child health.
Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Assist to draft annual budget by consolidating various external and internal grants, and request approval from board.
- Consolidation of all grants and activities’ reporting, and summarise the content, and picture selection
- Prepare the version of annual report for translation. It needs a coordination with translator and assign colleague for payment
- Summarise the financial statement for Chairperson before FS being signed
- Preparation of agenda, documents, slides, venue, transportation, accommodation, etc. Facilitate the Annual board committee meeting and have the meeting minutes be prepared, reviewed and approved.
- Assist COO for coordination of the donors and guest visit
- Assist COO or other departments for communication with Thai government sectors and partners
- Make sure staff traveling and accommodation booking and liaison with logistic team while transportation needed.
- Ensure of drafting the rental contracts (building, land, car, construction, etc.)
- Ensure of drafting the official correspondence letter
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors and/or line manager.
Qualification:
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, Social science or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative/operational management or office support
- Fluent in Thai, English, Knowledge of Karen and/or Burmese is a plus
- Good command in written and verbal of Thai, English language, Karen and/or Burmese language is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure, and attention to detail
