Tetra Tech, the implementing partner for the USAID Enhance Activity (USAID Enhance), pursuant to the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, and in accordance with USAID Contract No.: 72048622C00002, is authorized to provide grants under contract (GUC) to meet its program objectives.

USAID Enhance is seeking applications from academic institutions in Thailand, especially those with existing partnerships with international academic institutions worldwide to implement the project “Citizen-Centric Curriculums and Training for Local Administrative Organizations”. Proposed grant activities should not exceed 7,000,000 Thai Baht (approximately USD 200,000) and a period of 12 months. USAID Enhance anticipates awarding one grant in response to this solicitation. Subject to the availability of funds, assistance will be in the form of a fixed amount award grant agreement in accordance with Chapter 303 of USAID’s Automated Directives System (ADS 303).

บริษัท Tetra Tech ผู้ดำเนินโครงการ USAID Enhance ได้รับอนุญาตให้ดำเนินงานให้ทุนสนับสนุนภายใต้โครงการ USAID Enhance ซึ่งการดำเนินงานดังกล่าวเป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัติการให้ความช่วยเหลือด้านการต่างประเทศ พ.ศ. 2504 รวมทั้งฉบับแก้ไขและสอดคล้องกับสัญญาขององค์การเพื่อการพัฒนาระหว่างประเทศของสหรัฐอเมริกา (USAID) เลขที่ 72048622C00002

โครงการ USAID Enhance ขอเชิญสถาบันการศึกษาในประเทศไทยโดยเฉพาะสถาบันที่มีความร่วมมืออยู่กับสถาบันการศึกษาในต่างประเทศทั่วโลก ส่งข้อเสนอโครงการ (Application) เพื่อดำเนินการ “การพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการฝึกอบรมที่เน้นประชาชนเป็นศูนย์กลาง สำหรับองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น” กิจกรรมที่เสนอขอรับทุนนั้นควรกำหนดงบประมาณไม่เกิน 7,000,000 บาท (หรือประมาณ 200,000 ดอลล่าร์สหรัฐ) และมีระยะเวลาดำเนินโครงการไม่เกิน 12 เดือน โครงการ USAID Enhance คาดว่าจะให้ทุนสนับสนุนจำนวนหนึ่งทุน การให้ความช่วยเหลือจะอยู่ในรูปแบบทุนสนับสนุนแบบเบิกจ่ายตามสิ่งส่งมอบ (Fixed Amount Awards Grant Agreements) ตามหมวดที่ 303 ของระเบียบปฏิบัติของ USAID (ADS 303)

โครงการ USAID Enhance จะจัดการประชุมเพื่อแจ้งรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมและตอบคำถามในประเด็นต่าง ๆ ทั้งนี้ ผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมประชุมกรุณาส่งอีเมลเพื่อแจ้งความประสงค์เข้าร่วมประชุมมาที่ ARD.ThailandEnhance.Grants@tetratech.com ทางทีมงานจะจัดส่งลิงก์เพื่อเข้าร่วมการประชุมให้แก่ผู้ที่สนใจ
