  1. Background

Freshwater program is division which includes minor projects from WWF international offices collaborating with multinational companies to implement the national sustainability projects around the world. Freshwater Project Officer has to coordinate with corporate, schools and relevant organizations to implement the project as planned. Prepare and writing report of the project to submit as required.

 

  1. Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize project scope, goals, and project direction and develop proposal, liaise with donors and manage workplans and budget to ensure the successful and impact-oriented implementation of all project deliverables in line with program priorities and project life-cycle.
  • Plan and lead the assigned project in coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the project progress
  • Manage the budget along donors' requirement for financial integrity
  • Coordinate and foster smooth and healthy relationships with donor and relevant multi-stakeholders
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports to related stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication team and other departments by providing information and updating situation to promote the project activities and accomplishments
  • Assist team member to implement their project successfully

 

  1. Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, social science, education or relevant fields.
  • Minimum three years of experience in project management and project implementation on environmental education, youth empowerment, and community engagement fields
  • Proven ability in proposal development and managing project life-cycle
  • Knowledgeable in urban environment and sustainable development issues
  • Ability to work independently
  • Skills in writing letter and report.
  • Good communication in Thai and English.
