Community Partners International (CPI) is a U.S. nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering vulnerable communities in Asia to meet their essential health, humanitarian and development needs. Founded by U.S. doctors in 1998, the organization has grown to serve more than one million people each year. Community Partners International focuses on helping communities affected by conflict, violence, and displacement, in remote and hard-to-reach contexts, and marginalized by poverty and exclusion.
Primary Responsibilities

- Assist Program Manager in daily program management, work allocation, and following-up of project activities
- Provide technical inputs to partners regarding project management, program and financial report, and training
- Ensure program training are well-prepared, conducted and prepare training reports
- Ensure that the relevant information is shared/communicated between program and local partners for timely project implementation and reporting
- Support in data collection, administrative, finance, procurement and logistics management of the project
- Collaborate with Program Manager in monitoring and evaluation of partner projects
- Assist the Program Manager in project progress reports and donor reports, as per the contractual requirement
- Other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor
Regular Responsibilities

- Submit monthly progress report and work plan to Program Manager, and update the information of the partners’ narrative, finance and data report
- Conduct data analysis of the partners whether the targeted indicators are in line with the project and are achieved or not
- Assist and facilitate the capacity building and technical training for partner organizations
- Support the documentation of project activities, processes, case studies and lessons learned
- Any other tasks assigned by the Program Manager
Partner Support
- Provide technical assistance such as medical knowledge and skill, monitoring and evaluation, project management and other relevant support to partners
- Perform regular communication with partners to explore the challenges and needs for the development of project implementation and partner organization
Capacity Building and Supporting other Staff
- Participate as a facilitator, co-facilitator or assistant while conducting the training
- Prepare for conducting training, arranging the meetings or conference
- Record the training activities and submit the training reports in cooperation with the supervisor
Operations and Administration
- Maintain the security of documents and information on projects by following CPI’s protocol for storage of documents, emailing information and sharing information
- Create and maintain a team spirit of mutual collaboration and respect with due regard to gender and cultural sensitivities
- Coordinate with different departments of Empower to deliver the desired outputs and outcomes effectively and efficiently
Organization Representation
- Strengthen and sustain the good relationship/coordination concerning implementing partners, local authorities and other relevant stakeholders
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- University degree with at least 1-year experience in the public health field.
- Bachelor in Health or Public Health-related is preferable.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in mentorship, coaching, training and capacity building.
- Good communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to establish priorities in a time-sensitive environment and meet deadlines with strong attention to consistency, detail and quality.
- Comfortable working with a variety of partners and navigating complex relationships.
