The IRC has been operating in Thailand since 1975 and currently provides assistance to displaced persons in Tak, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi and Mae Hong Son province.
Job Overview/Summary:
Perform accounting and finance activities within Finance Department as assigned and assist the Finance Manager in the implementation of policies, procedures, and system.
Major Responsibilities:
To process all bank/ cash accounting transactions within Ratchaburi Finance department, petty cash entries, bank entries, cash count reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
1. checking payment request for petty cash and bank transactions in expenditure upload sheet and ensure that the payment request following the IRC policies and donor regulations are adhered to
2. Preparation of bank transactions in excel spreadsheet for Ratchaburi office and ensure compliance with IRC/ Donors rules and regulations.
3. Follow-up on any outstanding transactions including invoices and outstanding advances/receivables.
4. Ensure calculate withholding tax in compliance with the Thai revenue department’s rules and regulations.
5. Assist Finance Manager in preparation of the cash disbursement of TH CBAs stipend and ensure supporting documents are valid and correct. Arrange stipend envelope, Assist stipend distribution in Tham Hin Camp.
6. Assist Finance Manager in preparation transaction of payment request for transfer to vendors by banking online (K Cash Connect Plus) and Preparation cheque following details below.
7. Assist for banking deposits/withdrawals to vendors and inform to all vendors by phone or Email for transfer confirmation, Send documents and follow-up on receipt from all Vendors.
8. Ensure all the financial documents are properly filed and tagged per requirements.
9. Photocopy and scan all necessary documents.
10. Coordinate with HR/Admin/Supply chain and program focal points to support programs.
11. Clear outstanding balance finance already paid.
12. Support Warehouse/Supply chain for quarterly cycle count for Pharma /non pharma, Inventory and Asset in Ratchaburi and Kanchanaburi.
13. Assist Finance manager to ensure finance task on INTEGRA system
14. Assist Finance manager and All Finance in BKK to perform other duties as requested.

The position is a national post and will be based in the IRC office in Ratchaburi, with travel to Kanchanaburi, Bangkok and Thailand-Myanmar border area as required.
